Brazil Sugar Trade São Paulo, Brazil

Brazilian cane sugar

Send a requirement. Get a current supplier response.

I am an independent introducing broker. You contract with and pay the identified supplier directly, and I never receive your funds. Four fields is enough to start.

ICUMSA 45 · max 45 units, min 99.80 pol ICUMSA 150 white crystal VHP 600–1200 raw 50 kg bags CIF, named port

Received.

I read every requirement myself and reply from trade@brazilsugartrade.com, usually the same day. If anything is missing to take it to the supplier, I will ask for exactly that and nothing more.

What do you need?

Four required fields. Everything else can wait for the reply.

Minimums are 2 containers, or 25,000 MT for a full vessel. This is not an order, offer, allocation, or guarantee of supply. I never ask for bank statements, account numbers, or proof of funds.

What does sugar actually cost?

There is a public answer, and you should look it up yourself rather than take mine or anyone else's word for it. Two exchange contracts set the world reference price. Search either name and you will have the current number in one click.

ICE No. 5 · London White refined sugar The benchmark for refined white sugar, quoted in US dollars per tonne. This is the reference behind ICUMSA 45 and ICUMSA 150. See today's price ↗
ICE No. 11 · New York Raw sugar The world benchmark for raw cane sugar, quoted in US cents per pound. This is the reference behind VHP 600–1200. See today's price ↗

Those links go to a third-party quote page, not to me. If either stops working, search the contract name and you will find it in one click.

What that number is not

The exchange price is a standardised contract at a delivery point. It is not sugar landed at your port. Between the two sits:

  • Freight and insurance to your named port, which is why CIF is meaningless without one.
  • Lot size. Two containers and a 25,000 MT vessel are not priced the same way, and the difference is large.
  • Packaging. 50 kg bags are not bulk. Bagging, palletising and container lining all sit here.
  • Shipment timing and the position the supplier is actually holding when you ask.
  • Your banking route and the cost of the instrument on both sides.

That is why you will not find a price on this page. Anyone who gives you a firm number before knowing your port, volume, packaging and timing has invented it. Send the four fields above and I will come back with a current supplier response for your actual requirement.

Three things worth knowing before you send anything

You pay the supplier, not me

You contract with and pay the identified contractual supplier directly. I never receive buyer funds at any point, and I am paid by the supplier side. There is no arrangement in which your money passes through me.

You can check who I am

TACJR Participações Ltda., operating as Brazil Sugar Trade. CNPJ 45.706.037/0001-78, a registered Brazilian company. The registration is public record and verifiable at Receita Federal before you tell me anything.

Inspection is normal, not a favour

Independent pre-shipment inspection is written into Refined Sugar Association rules, with minimum 5% sampling by a recognised superintendence company at the buyer's expense. Scope and timing are agreed per transaction.
